These digital images of Duranbah Beach, the Tweed River Entrance and Letitia Spit located at the north coast of New South Wales (Australia) are updated every hour. They are being collected and analysed to quantify beach conditions, following the construction of a sand bypassing system at the nearby entrance to the Tweed River. The four cameras are mounted atop the Captain Cook Memorial Lighthouse, and together provide a 180o view of the beach. All images are saved, and may be viewed (and downloaded) by visiting archived data.
